Home Working Brokerage Administrator

Belmont Recruitment are currently looking for a Brokerage Administrator to join Nottinghamshire County Council's Adult Social Care Team on an initial 3 month temporary contract. This is a full-time role working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide effective administrative support to the Adult Social Care Brokerage Team.
• Assist with sourcing and arranging appropriate care and support packages based on assessed needs.
• Contact and liaise with care providers regarding availability, capacity, costs and service provision.
• Support the coordination of placements and care packages, ensuring information is accurate and up to date.
• Maintain accurate records of placements, providers, costs and package information.
• Assist with monitoring costs, capacity and availability across care and support services.
• Support the onboarding and administration of new care providers and properties where required.
• Liaise with finance teams regarding payments, invoices and financial information relating to care packages.

Requirements:

• Strong administrative and organisational skills in a Brokerage/Commissioning Department
• Excellent attention to detail and accurate record keeping.
• Good communication and relationship-building skills.
