MTrec Commercial are currently supporting our industry-leading client in their search to appoint an experienced and professional administrator to join their close-knit team of professionals.

The Job you will do:

• Your main responsibility will be processing stock and shipping transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure all stock and shipping transactions are completed in accordance with company processes and procedures.
• Daily use of in-house systems to input, update and maintain accurate information.
• Identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues
• Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
• Assist with general administrative duties and other tasks within the department as required.
• Work effectively as part of a team to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations.

About you:

• Previous experience within Administration, ideally within manufacturing, is essential.
• You will have experience of working with bespoke CRM s and administration systems.
• You will have a keen eye for detail and maintain a high standard of data input integrity.
• Be able to follow established processes and procedures consistently.
