Location: Croydon
Salary: Up to £33,000 per annum DOE
Hours: 40 hours per week
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08 30

Questech Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Service Administrator to join an established and busy service operation based in Croydon.

This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive administrator with experience within a service, automotive, workshop or similar environment. You will play an important role in supporting the day-to-day running of the department, ensuring job information, documentation and invoicing are processed accurately and efficiently.

The Role

As a Service Administrator, your responsibilities will include:

• Raising and processing job cards
• Inputting technician time bookings and job details
• Collating and checking documentation within required timescales
• Finalising parts used and labour hours before closing completed jobs
• Processing service invoices, credits and warranty claims
• Producing reports and maintaining accurate records
• Liaising with technicians, customers and internal departments
• Ensuring information is entered accurately onto company systems
• Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the service department
• Working in line with company procedures and processes

The Ideal Candidate

• Previous administration experience, ideally within a service or workshop environment
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Good customer service and communication skills
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
• The ability to prioritise a busy workload and work effectively under pressure
• A professional, reliable and proactive approach
• GCSEs or equivalent in Maths and English are desirable
• Flexibility to travel within the UK and work overtime when required
