Description:	Administrator Location: Peterhead - office based Salary: £28,777 per annum Contract: 6 months Start Date: ASAP Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm Lunch: 1 hour Enhanced disclosure required Our client is looking for an experienced and organised Administrator to join their busy team in Peterhead on a 6-month temporary contract. The successful candidate will provide a comprehensive administrative service, supporting day-to-day operations, maintaining accurate records and dealing with enquiries in a professional and sensitive manner. Key Responsibilities Collate and record absence management data and information. Prepare and issue relevant paperwork. Monitor and record the application of policies and procedures. Deal with general enquiries from managers and staff in a timely and professional manner. Prepare reports for management as required. Provide an effective and efficient administrative service. Ensure electronic and paper-based communications and documentation are processed appropriately. Handle confidential and sensitive information in accordance with data protection legislation. Support the wider team with general administrative duties as required. About YouThe ideal candidate will have: Previous experience in an administrative role. Excellent organisational and administrative skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good written and verbal communication skills. Experience handling confidential and sensitive information. Good IT and Microsoft Office skills. The ability to work independently and as part of a team. A professional and discreet approach. The ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
