Description:	Assistant Trade Mark Administrator Location: Bristol BS1 Salary: £25,000 per annum Employment Type: Full-time/Permanent Hybrid (3 days office based) Pertemps Bristol Commercial are currently recruiting for an Assistant Trade Mark Administrator for one of our clients based in Bristol City Centre. About the Role This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established and collaborative Trade Mark team working with a range of well-known companies to help protect their brands internationally. We are looking for a professional, enthusiastic and proactive Assistant Trade Mark Administrator with a keen eye for detail. You will provide essential administrative support to the Trade Mark team, helping to ensure that client matters are handled accurately, efficiently and to a high standard. Key Responsibilities Verifying and maintaining accurate data Carrying out work allocated by administrators and attorneys, including billing, sending client update reports, conducting status checks and following up with clients and contacts by email and telephone Managing incoming and outgoing emails and accurately saving correspondence to relevant cases Diary management and scheduling Monitoring outstanding costs and preparing invoices Completing official forms and documentation Preparing written correspondence for clients and overseas attorney firms Assisting with the preparation and issue of standard letters and reports Maintaining accurate logs of all delegated tasks and ensuring deadlines are monitored Preparing, collating, scanning and copying documents Providing general administrative support to the Trade Mark team as required About You The successful candidate will be organised, conscientious and able to work effectively as part of a busy team. You will have excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to your work.
