About the Role
We are looking for a reliable, organised Lettings Administrator to join a busy property management team. You will help run day-to-day rental operations smoothly by managing the end-to-end tenancy progression process, from initial applications and referencing to final move-ins.

Key Responsibilities

• Tenant Progression: Process tenancy applications, conduct tenant referencing, and complete Right to Rent checks.

• Documentation: Prepare tenancy agreements, register deposits, and ensure all compliance documents are up to date.

• Customer Communication: Handle incoming enquiries from landlords and tenants via phone and email.

• Database Management: Update property listings, maintain accurate CRM records, and assist with utility notifications.

• Team Support: Coordinate viewings, manage keys, and assist the wider property management team with general office administration.

Key Requirements

• Strong administrative and organisational skills with attention to detail.

• Proficiency in standard office software (Microsoft Office, email, and property CRM systems).

• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

• Previous experience in lettings, estate agency, or a customer-facing office environment is preferred.
