Opportunity

Currently recruiting on a temporary basis to start ASAP. This is a busy role on a Front Information Desk. A mixture of Reception duties as well as back-office administration. You will work as part of a team to provide a first-class information service to all.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Meet and greet all visitors, process visitor badges and direct them where needed

• Provide information and answer queries either on the phone or face to face
• Operate the switchboard and transfer where appropriate
• Help process enrolment forms and applications
• Accept application forms and process onto the system
• Deal with post

Experience

• Strong customer focused experience
• Excellent communicator and confident to speak to different people at different levels
• Work well in a team environment

This role is to start immediately.
