Do you enjoy coordinating workloads, solving problems and making sure things happen when they should We're looking for a Housing Repairs Administrator to join our Property Services team and play a vital role in delivering a responsive, reliable and customer-focused repairs service for our residents. This is a varied and rewarding role that combines administration, scheduling, customer service and practical property maintenance knowledge. You'll be the key link between residents reporting repairs, maintenance operatives carrying out work and contractors supporting the service. No two days are the same. One moment you'll be coordinating urgent repair appointments and managing workloads, the next you'll be speaking with residents, updating repair records or helping colleagues resolve operational challenges. About the Role As our Housing Repairs Administrator, you'll help ensure repairs are completed efficiently, appointments are managed effectively and residents receive excellent service throughout the repairs process.
