23,500 to 26,500 per annum ( 12.91 to 14.56 per hour equivalent)

Are you an organised Administrator who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail is essential?

We're looking for an experienced Administrator to join a busy and supportive team. This role will suit someone who enjoys managing multiple priorities, maintaining accurate records and delivering excellent customer service.

• Acting as a first point of contact for enquiries by phone and email
• Managing applications and updating internal systems
• Maintaining accurate records and databases
• Processing information with a high level of accuracy
• Preparing documentation and reports
• Coordinating meetings, arranging schedules and taking minutes
• Producing reports using Excel and Microsoft Office
• Supporting events and stakeholder activities
• Building positive relationships with customers and stakeholders

• Previous administration experience within a busy office environment
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Confidence using Microsoft Office, including Excel
• Ability to manage a high workload and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Experience updating databases and maintaining records

• Equivalent hourly rate of 12.91 to 14.56
