Our client, a leading player in the Financial Services and Insurance sector, is seeking a meticulous and proactive Administrator to support their operations. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a dynamic team at Lloyds Banking Group and contribute to the effective management of pension transfers.

Day to day, you'll be:

• Managing incoming emails and carry out actions related to pension transfers.
• Utilising a case management system to track and resolve tasks efficiently.
• Exercising a high level of attention to detail to identify urgent actions and necessary escalations.
• Learning on the job with comprehensive training provided to ensure success in the role.
• Collaborating with colleagues to enhance administrative processes.

What you'll need:

• Previous experience in administration, particularly within financial services or pensions, is highly desirable.
• Strong IT skills with the ability to navigate various software applications effectively.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
