Duties of the Sales Administrator:
  • Providing comprehensive administrative support to the sales team, including file auditing, order preparation, invoicing, and vehicle registration
  • Managing and overseeing the delivery process for sales vehicles
  • Conducting document checks and ensuring compliance with company standards
  • Assisting with vehicle ordering and invoicing tasks
  • Maintaining accurate records and logs to facilitate smooth workflow
  • Delivering excellent customer service throughout the sales process
Requirements of the Sales Administrator:
  • Previous experience in a motor trade administrative role, ideally as a Sales Administrator or Service Administrator
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional appearance
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • A flexible, proactive attitude towards multitasking
  • A full UK driving licence is preferred but not essential
