| Description: | Job Description: Wealth Administrator Hove / Brighton Area Full Time Office Based with WFH 1 day per week Competitive Salary + Career Progression The Opportunity A growing and highly client-focused Financial Planning business is looking to recruit a Wealth Administrator to join their supportive and forward-thinking team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone currently working within financial services administration, wealth management support, banking, or paraplanning who is looking to build a long-term career within Financial Planning and Advice. The business offers genuine progression, structured development, hands-on exposure to client relationships, and a clear pathway into a Financial Adviser position for the right individual. You will work closely alongside an experienced Financial Planner, gaining valuable industry exposure while developing both your technical knowledge and client relationship skills within a professional and supportive environment. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and schedule client review meetings Prepare client documentation, reports, and meeting packs ahead of appointments Manage post-review actions and maintain accurate client records Liaise with providers and third parties to obtain information, valuations, and updates Support the onboarding of new clients and transferred portfolios Maintain accurate client and policy information across internal systems Assist with compliance administration and regulatory processes Handle client communication professionally via telephone and email Provide administrative support to the wider Financial Planning team Identify opportunities to improve processes, client service standards, and the overall client journey Support the ongoing growth and development of the client portfolio About You The successful candidate will be highly organised, professional, personable, and proactive, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. You will have a genuine interest in progressing your career within Wealth Management and Financial Planning and will be eager to develop both professionally and personally over time.
