Description:	We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established, family-run dealership in Horsham for the position of Service Administrator / Advisor. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated motor trade professional looking to join a friendly and professional team. The Service Administrator / Advisor will play a key role in ensuring smooth aftersales operations within a busy dealership environment. Benefits: Basic salary of 30,000 per annum, with potential bonuses up to 5,000 based on labour sales, customer satisfaction, and upselling Working hours from 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, with a one-hour lunch break Opportunities for career progression and development within a supportive team Exposure to warranty processes and hybrid aftersales duties Supportive management committed to recognising performance and rewarding success Duties: Managing service bookings and scheduling appointments efficiently as a Service Administrator / Advisor Preparing accurate job cards and maintaining all service documentation to high standards Providing administrative support across the service department, including liaising with customers Covering service advisor duties when required, including vehicle updates and customer communication Handling warranty documentation and assisting with warranty claim processes Supporting parts department activities and stock management where appropriate Delivering high levels of customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction as a Service Administrator / Advisor Contributing to the overall efficiency of aftersales processes Requirements: Previous experience as a Service Administrator, Service Advisor, or Warranty Administrator is highly desirable Strong organisational and administrative skills Able to multitask and work effectively in a hybrid role as a Service Administrator / Advisor Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach Knowledge of manufacturer warranty procedures is advantageous but not essential A proactive team player with a flexible attitude and a desire to develop within the motor trade If you are interested in this position and want to join a reputable family dealership as a Service Administrator / Advisor, please contact Darwin Manship, Automotive Recruitment Specialist at Perfect Placement covering Horsham and West Sussex today to discover more about this fantastic opportunity.
