We re looking for a Junior Administrator to join our team and play an important role in helping us deliver a professional, efficient and compliant service to our clients.

This is a varied role with plenty to learn. You ll be supported with training and development as you build your knowledge, gain confidence and work towards becoming an independent and valued member of the team.

What You ll Be Doing

You ll be at the heart of the day-to-day administration, helping everything run smoothly and ensuring our clients receive the high standard of service they expect.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Processing new business and client applications accurately and efficiently.
  • Preparing and maintaining professional client files and records.
  • Requesting information and following up outstanding documentation.
  • Preparing client meeting packs and supporting documentation.
  • Keeping our CRM system accurate and up to date.
  • Assisting with client correspondence and general administration.
  • Monitoring outstanding tasks and making sure nothing gets missed.
  • Supporting the team with compliance and regulatory administration.
