This is a fast-paced and varied position where no two days are the same. You'll work closely with engineers, clients, suppliers, and management teams to ensure our service delivery remains exceptional. We're looking for someone who enjoys being organised, takes pride in delivering excellent customer service, and can confidently manage multiple priorities. Simpro Administration Use the Simpro field service management platform to: Manage contracts and jobs Raise purchase orders Process invoices Update customer records Monitor service activities Accounts & Office Support Check sales and purchase invoices. Chase outstanding information and resolve invoice queries. Provide general office support and holiday cover where required. Compliance & Business Support Assist with maintaining RAMS, company procedures, and compliance documentation. Support company website and social media administration. Assist Directors and management teams with ad-hoc administrative projects.
