Start Date: September 1, 2026
Hours: 4 days per week (9:00am to 4:00pm with a 30-minute or 1-hour lunch break). Potential for 5 days per week if required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients, promoting products and services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication.
• Identify customer needs and tailor solutions to meet those needs.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching prospective customers.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Previous experience in a telesales or telemarketing role (preferred but not essential).
• Excellent verbal communication skills and a confident telephone manner.
• A positive attitude and a determination to succeed in a sales environment.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
• A passion for building rapport and providing exceptional customer service.
