A welcoming and long-established business based in the heart of South Trafford are seeking an organised and proactive Administrator to join their friendly and supportive team.

Responsibilities include:

• Answering inbound calls from customers and clients, dealing with their queries and general update requests in a timely manner
• Record new instructions accurately on the central job tracking system.
• Create electronic case files on the shared drive and upload all relevant instruction documents.
• Allocate cases to consultants based on geographical location and availability.
• Record completed reports on the job tracking system.
• Prepare and issue fee quotations as requested.
• Ensure all case records are maintained accurately and updated in a timely manner.
• Undertaking all other administrative duties as and when required

Essentials:

• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail & accuracy
• Competent in Microsoft Office packages including Work, Outlook and excel
• Previous proven administrative experience is essential
