Office Administrator

We are recruiting a Administrator role for a small, friendly and growing block management company based in the Five Ways area of Birmingham, They are looking for a confident and organised individual to join their close-knit team.

Role and Responsibilities

• Ensure the follow up existing leads and stimulate new opportunities through effective calling techniques
• Generate appointments with existing contacts within the company database and discover new, extended contacts to target for visits
• Support the Telesales team with contact to lost /lapsed customers
• Direct prospects/leads to the field sales team
• Enter, update & maintain new customer information in the CRM system
• Proactively manage leads derived from digital marketing activity
• Support and drive the development of national & key accounts
• Identify opportunity for growth within specific sectors by understanding of competitors
• Work with Sales support team to ensure customers receive quotes and information in a timely manner
• Input into marketing campaigns and put prospecting plans in place
• Ensure all activity are entered and managed within the CRM system
• Diary management for appointment setting with sales colleagues

• Confident communicating over the phone and by email
