Description:	Are you an administration professional with an interest in mental health and healthcare? Portfolio are proud to be exclusively representing our Client who are a trusted health and wellbeing network who have been making a positive difference in over 15 million lives, in their search to add an Administrator to their team. You will triage Occupational Health referrals and reports to determine the appropriate action. You will be responsible for reviewing referral documents to determine if an OH Advisor or an OH Physician would be best suited to conduct the assessment. You will review OHP reports to ensure they are fit for purpose and completed to the standard expected by HA Wisdom Wellbeing. You will be responsible for reviewing work health assessments within the portal to determine whether individuals are fit for work or whether a follow up call is necessary. Responsibilities Ensure all individual and team KPIs and SLAs are adhered to on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis Demonstrate excellence by appropriately triaging Occupational Health referrals to provide appropriate direction on a case and escalating any concerns to ensure client expectations are met. Ensuring reports are effectively reviewed and released within SLA Conduct reviews of pre-employment health questionnaires and escalating any concerns to ensure client expectations are met Work to the required high standards to ensure adherence to clinical protocols, procedures and processes What you bring to the team Proven experience in working towards KPIs and SLAs Excellent Customer Service skills Excellent written and communication skills, with ability to work as part of a busy team Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines Able to demonstrate a high level of accuracy and attention to detail 52108 INDMANJ The Portfolio Group are acting on behalf of our client in recruiting for this position.
