As a Service Administrator, your responsibilities will include:

• Process supplier invoices within agreed SLA timeframes
• Maintain ownership of the company vehicle fleet, including insurance, MOT, and servicing
• Coordinate staff travel bookings and itineraries
• Manage stationery, consumables, and uniform stock levels
• Complete vendor forms and liaise with suppliers and the bookkeeping team
• Greet visitors and manage incoming calls and messages

As a Service Administrator, your experience will include:

• Strong administrative and organisational skills
• A confident, professional telephone manner
• Experience liaising with suppliers or handling invoice processing
• Comfortable using intermediate IT systems day to day
• Experience in an office support or customer service environment
