Receptionist

Location: Elton (Driver essential due to remote location)
Pay Rate: 12.71 per hour
Contract: Temporary
Dates: Monday 17th August to Friday 21st August
Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm

We are currently seeking a reliable and professional Receptionist to provide holiday cover for a busy office based in Elton. Due to the remote location, candidates must have their own transport and be able to drive.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous reception or administration experience who enjoys working in a customer-facing environment.

• Meeting and greeting visitors and customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Answering and directing incoming telephone calls
• Managing the reception area and ensuring a positive first impression for visitors
• Providing general administrative support to the team
• Assisting with basic office duties and ad hoc tasks as required

• Previous reception, customer service, or administrative experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional and courteous manner
• Confident answering and directing telephone calls
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail
• Must be able to drive and have access to own transport due to the location
