Full Time Monday to Friday
9:00am 17:00pm (Finish at 16:30pm on Fridays)

An established organisation is seeking an Implementation Support Officer to help with the delivery of a large scale operational improvement programme. This role suits someone organised, adaptable and confident working across multiple teams to ensure smooth implementation, accurate record keeping and strong communication. You will play a key part in coordinating resources, supporting data processes and helping maintain efficient programme delivery.
Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a liaison between internal teams, ensuring clear communication and fast issue resolution.
  • Review, record and maintain programme data using Outlook and Excel, escalating complex queries when required.
  • Manage procurement and distribution of PPE and essential resources, maintaining accurate stock levels and supplier communication.
  • Communicate effectively with managers, operational staff, customers and members of the public to resolve queries.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records.
  • Prepare reports for managers and stakeholders.
  • Carry out practical and administrative tasks to support programme delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with governance, GDPR, data protection and health & safety requirements.
  • Promote organisational values and behaviours in all aspects of work.
Essential Skills & Experience
  • Strong administrative experience.
  • Confident using IT systems for data entry, reporting and document management.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Ability to adapt quickly and switch between varied tasks.
  • Problem solving skills and initiative in a fast paced environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
  • Understanding of GDPR and confidentiality requirements.
