A fantastic opportunity has become available for an Administrator to join a growing business based in the Wolverhampton area. The successful candidate will be organized, proactive and will support the office team with administration duties.

Job responsibilities:

• Maintaining/updating individual packs.
• Data entry and copy typing documentation.
• Answering inbound calls.
• Liaising with tenants
• Maintaining attendance records.
• Checking CSCS cards are updated and in date.
• Checking stock levels for PPE and replenish.
• General ad hoc duties.

Person specification:

• Positive and a can do attitude.
• Excellent organizational skills and IT skills.
• Excellent telephone manners.
• Strong work ethic.
• High attention to detail.
