Description: Are you an organized facilities management professional with experience using CAFM systems? A leading Facilities Management organisation is seeking a CAFM Admin Coordinator to join its team in the East Midlands on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting service delivery, coordinating maintenance activities and ensuring operational excellence across a busy commercial site.

The Role As the CAFM Admin Coordinator, you'll:
  • Coordinate planned and reactive maintenance activities using the CAFM system.
  • Monitor service delivery against SLAs and KPIs, ensuring work is completed on time.
  • Support the management of subcontractors, permits and site access requirements.
  • Prepare monthly reports and maintain accurate contract documentation.
  • Coordinate project activities, ensuring stakeholders are kept informed throughout.
  • Support compliance with health & safety procedures and company standards.
  • Liaise with contractors and internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
You To be successful in the role of CAFM Admin Coordinator, you'll bring:
  • Previous experience in a Facilities Management administration or coordination role.
  • Experience using CAFM systems (knowledge of Maximo is highly desirable).
  • Understanding of planned maintenance, SLAs and KPIs.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • A proactive approach with strong attention to detail.
  • A full UK Driving Licence.
