Description:	Commercial Administrator Tiverton 6 months contract We are currently looking for a Commercial Administrator to join a busy firm on a 6-month fixed-term contract, running until the end of January 2027. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and detail-focused administrator to work within a fast-paced infrastructure environment, supporting commercial and operational teams with accurate data, documentation and administrative processes. The Role As a Commercial Administrator, you will provide essential administrative support across a number of projects. Your responsibilities will include: Completing administrative tasks Processing applications submitted to clients. Maintaining data schedules and ensuring key project and programme information is kept up to date. Liaising with operational teams and different departments. Working to agreed timescales and managing competing deadlines effectively. Working on different systems report We are looking for someone who is organised, reliable and confident working with data and business systems. You will ideally have: Strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office and Excel. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy when handling information. Confidence communicating with operational and commercial teams. The ability to learn new systems and processes quickly. Previous experience working within an infrastructure, construction, highways or similar environment would be advantageous.
