Location: Wallingford
Job Type: Full-Time, Contract (Maternity cover)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm
Pay: 12.71 - 13.50 per hour (DOE)

Planet Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Administrator to join a busy and friendly team based in Wallingford.

This is a great opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and supporting a production team.

• Processing and checking weekly timesheets
• Providing general administrative support to the office and production teams
• Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems
• Filing, scanning and organising documentation
• Answering emails and handling general enquiries
• Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the production office
• Assisting with any other administrative duties as required

• Previous administration experience
• Excellent attention to detail
• Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
• Good organisational and communication skills
• Ability to prioritise workload and work independently
• A positive, reliable and flexible approach

• Competitive hourly pay of 12.71 - 13.50, depending on experience
• Monday to Friday working hours (8:00am - 4:00pm)
