Receptionist

This position has availability for an immediate start. The assignment is originally for 2 weeks however, this may continue and other adhoc opportunities may be available due to holiday and sickness cover which may arise in the future. This role has become available to provide reception cover during holidays, sickness and other periods of increased demand, making it ideal for someone looking for flexible weekday work.

The successful Temporary Receptionist should have:

• Previous reception, administration or customer service experience.
• Excellent communication skills with a friendly and professional manner.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a busy workload.
• Good IT skills with confidence using office systems.
• The ability to remain calm under pressure whilst delivering exceptional customer service.

In this role, the Temporary Receptionist will be responsible for:

• Greeting customers and visitors, ensuring they receive a warm and professional welcome.
• Answering and directing incoming telephone calls efficiently whilst handling customer enquiries.
• Providing general administrative support to the wider team as required.
• Maintaining a tidy and welcoming reception and customer waiting area, ensuring refreshments and supplies are replenished.
• Delivering outstanding customer service both over the phone and face to face.
