An established and growing engineering contractor is looking to appoint a highly organised and proactive Project Support Co-ordinator to support the successful delivery of multiple projects across the business. This is an excellent opportunity to join a friendly, ambitious and close-knit team where you'll become an integral part of the operation, working closely with the Project Manager to ensure projects are delivered efficiently from start to finish.

Working alongside another Operations Support Co-ordinator, you'll take ownership of the project administration side of the business, ensuring documentation, schedules and communication are always up to date. This role would suit someone who enjoys staying one step ahead, thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in keeping projects organised.

The company delivers structured cabling, network infrastructure, fibre and technology projects across commercial environments and is looking for someone who can bring structure, organisation and a proactive mindset to a busy and growing operation.

The Role

• Support the day-to-day co-ordination of multiple live projects from planning through to completion
• Maintain project documentation, trackers, reports and digital filing systems
• Assist with scheduling engineers, labour and project resources
• Prepare project documentation, client reports, spreadsheets and meeting notes
• Liaise with clients, suppliers and engineers to ensure projects continue to run smoothly
• Monitor project progress and proactively identify potential issues
• Provide administrative support to the Project Manager and wider project delivery team

The Person

• Previous experience as a Project Co-ordinator, Project Administrator, Executive Assistant or similar support role
• Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
• Naturally proactive and able to anticipate problems before they arise
• Confident managing multiple priorities within a busy office environment
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, Excel and Word
• Previous experience within construction, engineering, telecommunications, structured cabling or another project-led environment would be advantageous
• Friendly, professional and confident communicator

The Opportunity

• Full-time permanent role
• Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm (1-hour lunch)
• 30,000- 35,000 basic salary
