Interim HR / People Partner (PAYE)

300- 350 per day PAYE
6-8 Week Contract

We are seeking an experienced Interim HR / People Partner to support a business during a significant period of organisational change. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced environment and play a key role in delivering a live transformation programme.

The Opportunity

This hands-on role is ideally suited to an experienced HR professional with a strong background in Employee Relations and organisational change. Working closely with leaders and key stakeholders, you will provide expert guidance and support to managers and employees throughout a major reorganisation project.

The role is fully remote, with all meetings and consultations conducted via Microsoft Teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing and advising on a range of Employee Relations matters.
• Supporting the delivery of a live reorganisation and change programme.
• Conducting employee consultations and meetings.
• Coaching and guiding managers through the change process.
• Ensuring HR best practice and compliance with employment legislation.
• Building effective relationships with stakeholders across the business.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous experience working as an HR Business Partner or People Partner.
• Strong Employee Relations expertise, including the management of complex cases.
• Experience supporting restructures, reorganisations, or large-scale change initiatives.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• The ability to work autonomously and quickly establish credibility.
• Immediate availability or the ability to start at short notice.
