The Role

You will be responsible for managing the front-of-house function, ensuring all visitors and callers receive a professional and friendly experience, while also providing light administrative support to the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Meeting and greeting visitors, ensuring a professional first impression
• Managing incoming calls and directing enquiries appropriately
• Handling incoming and outgoing post
• Supporting with general administrative tasks and data entry
• Maintaining a tidy and organised reception area
• Assisting the wider office team as required

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer-facing role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional and approachable manner
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Confident using Microsoft Office and general office systems
• Reliable and punctual, with a proactive attitude
