About the Role
Pertemps Recruitment is currently recruiting for a QHSE Administrator. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive individual looking to develop their career within Quality, Health & Safety, Environmental (QHSE) and Facilities.

Working closely with the Site QHSE Compliance, Facilities & Training Manager, you will provide essential administrative support while helping to maintain compliance, safety standards, and efficient site operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Update, organise and maintain QHSE documentation, records and filing systems.
  • Complete and support routine site compliance checks, including daily, weekly and monthly fire safety inspections.
  • Assist with annual emergency lighting checks and workplace noise surveys.
  • Investigate facilities maintenance requests and gather the required information to raise repair jobs.
  • Coordinate contractor visits and maintain relevant documentation.
  • Support the QHSE and Facilities team with day-to-day requests and administrative tasks.
  • Carry out site checks across office, warehouse and yard areas.
  • Ensure records are accurately maintained and available for audit purposes.
What We're Looking For
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Good communication skills and a proactive approach to problem solving.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Previous experience within QHSE, Health & Safety, Compliance, Facilities or Administration is advantageous.
  • Confident using computer systems and Microsoft Office packages.
PPE RequirementsAs this role involves working in warehouse and yard areas, candidates must wear:
  • Safety boots
  • High-visibility vest
