Customer Service Representative

Berry Recruitment are NOW hiring for a committed and experienced Customer Service Representative - to work for a professional and friendly business based in Didcot.

This role is being offered on a full time and permanent basis and fully office based.

We are seeking a professional and organised Customer Service Representative to join our client's office-based team. The successful candidate will have previous experience working in an office environment, strong IT skills, and confidence using Excel. This role is key to maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and supporting day-to-day business operations.

Role: Customer Service Representative

Location: Didcot, Oxfordshire
Hours - Monday - Friday, 09.00am - 17.00pm.

Salary: 28,000 - 30,000 Per Annum

Customer Service Representative responsibilities will be:

• Responding to customer enquiries via telephone and email in a professional manner
• Processing customer orders and maintaining accurate records
• Using internal systems and Excel to manage data, reports, and spreadsheets
• Liaising with internal departments to resolve customer queries efficiently
• Updating and maintaining customer information
• Ensuring a high standard of customer service is delivered at all times

Skills & Experience Required

• Previous experience working in an office environment (essential)
• Customer service experience (preferred)
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Excel
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
