Duties

• Provide high-quality administrative support across a busy department.
• Act as a first point of contact for internal and external enquiries, delivering an excellent customer experience.
• Manage a varied workload, balancing multiple priorities and responding to changing demands.
• Prepare correspondence, documentation and reports.
• Coordinate meetings, schedules and departmental activities.
• Build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders across the wider organisation.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure information is kept up to date.
• Support the wider team with projects and operational activities as required.
• Provide both face-to-face and online support to customers and colleagues.

What we would like from you

• Previous administration experience within a fast-paced environment.
• Experience delivering excellent customer service, both face-to-face and over the phone.
• Someone who enjoys a varied role combining administration with customer interaction.
• The ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously whilst adapting to changing priorities.
• Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Confident communication skills and a professional, approachable manner.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365.
• Experience within education, training or another complex professional services environment would be advantageous, but is not essential.
• A positive, proactive attitude and the ability to work well as part of a close-knit team.
