Following a sustained period of growth, they are now looking to appoint an Office Administrator to join their busy and supportive team.The RoleAs Office Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operation of the business. This varied position involves managing customer records, processing and uploading documentation, maintaining databases, handling incoming enquiries, and providing administrative support across the wider team. This role would suit someone who is highly organised, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and has strong attention to detail.Key Responsibilities
Assisting with the management and tracking of customer assets and records
Formatting, processing, and uploading documentation to customer portals
Maintaining and updating internal databases accurately
Answering incoming telephone calls and directing enquiries appropriately
Providing general administrative support to colleagues across the business
Ensuring customer information and records remain accurate and up to date
Skills & Experience
Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office
Strong organisational and administrative abilities
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Previous office administration experience (minimum one year preferred)
Experience using databases and Excel
A proactive and flexible approach to work
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
