What You'll Do:
As a Facilities Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the facilities and ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all. Your responsibilities will include:

Coordinating daily facility operations and maintenance tasks
Managing vendor relationships and overseeing service contracts
Assisting with space planning and organisation
Conducting regular inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Responding promptly to facility-related inquiries and concerns
Supporting events and meetings by managing room setups and logistics
Collaborating with various teams to ensure seamless facility usage
Travel to other regional sites will be required as part of this role

What We're Looking For:
The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with strong organisational skills. You should have:

Previous experience in facilities management or a related field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality
A valid driving licence, as travel between locations may be required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and facilities management software is a plus!
