Risk Administrator-6 months FTC

A leading professional services firm is seeking a Risk & Business Acceptance Administrator to join its Risk team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator looking to develop a career in risk and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Business Acceptance and wider Risk teams.
• Monitor the Risk inbox and allocate queries.
• Conduct conflict searches and review results.
• Process client and matter change requests.
• Create and maintain information barriers.
• Manage the Gifts & Hospitality Register.
• Support team meetings and maintain client and matter records within the firm's systems.

About You

• Previous administration experience: legal or professional services experience is advantageous.
• Risk or compliance experience is desirable but not essential.
• Strong communication, organisational and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to prioritise a busy workload.
• Proactive, adaptable, and confident using new systems and technology.
