A well-established independent business is looking to recruit an experienced Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of its busy office.

This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive individual looking for a varied role, combining office management, administration, compliance, marketing coordination and business support within a professional and supportive team.

The Role

• Overseeing the smooth day-to-day running of the office and supporting the wider team.
• Managing financial administration, including invoicing, reporting and monitoring outstanding payments.
• Dealing with enquiries, managing shared inboxes and ensuring excellent customer service.
• Producing marketing materials, brochures and maintaining accurate records across company systems.
• Managing office facilities, supplies, health & safety and company documentation.
• Supporting compliance and wider regulatory requirements.
• Providing support, diary management and assisting with business operations.
• Supporting recruitment, onboarding and company events as required.

About You

• Previous experience as an Office Manager, Operations Manager or Administrator.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

• £30,000 - £35,000 + bonus
