Office Manager

Our growing client, with offices on the outskirts of Peterborough, is seeking an experienced Office Manager to join them on a full time permanent basis working 9.00am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday.

As Office Manager, you will be response for:-

• The day to day running of the office
• Ordering stationery, equipment and office supplies
• Keeping systems and databases up to date
• Stock administration and raising purchase orders
• Supporting with credit control and invoicing
• HR & training administration and coordinating recruitment
• Keeping H&S records up to date
• Looking after GDPR & data protection
• All other related administrative duties required in a busy office.
• Dealing with incoming enquiries and passing to the relevant colleague
• Continuous improvement of administrative procedures

To be considered for the role of Office Manager it is essential that:-

• You have worked previously in an Office Management role overseeing a small team
• You are capable of supporting the business in the absence of the Director to keep the wheels turning
• You are highly organised, have excellent communication skills and super attention to detail.
• Ideally will have some HR administration & basic recruitment experience
• PC literate in MS Office
• And will be a good office all-rounder

In return, for the role of Office Manager, our client offering a starting salary of up to £37,500, pension, 28 days annual leave inclusive of bank holidays, on site parking, social events, etc.
