Are you an experienced HR Administrator or HR Assistant looking for your next opportunity?

We're recruiting for an immediately available HR Administrator to join a busy and supportive HR team based at a modern head office in Leeds.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced business where you'll play a key role in ensuring new employees receive a smooth and professional onboarding experience. Working closely with the HR team, you'll coordinate every stage of the new starter process, helping ensure everything is in place before employees join the business.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied workload, takes pride in being organised and is confident managing multiple priorities.

The Role

Reporting into the HR team, your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing contracts and offer documentation
• Managing the onboarding process for new starters
• Setting up laptops, mobile phones and IT equipment
• Issuing company equipment
• Booking DBS checks
• Coordinating mandatory training
• Updating employee records and HR systems
• Liaising with managers and new employees
• Supporting the wider HR team with day-to-day administration
• Ensuring all pre-employment documentation is completed accurately

About You

We're looking for someone who has previous experience within HR administration or employee onboarding and enjoys working in a busy, people-focused environment.

Ideally you'll have:

• Previous experience as an HR Administrator, HR Assistant, HR Coordinator or Recruitment Administrator
• Excellent organisational and administration skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Confident communication skills
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• The ability to prioritise a busy workload
• Immediate availability or a short notice period

Desirable (but not essential):

• CIPD Level 3 qualification or working towards it
• Experience using HR systems such as BambooHR
• Previous onboarding or recruitment administration experience
