What You'll Do:

• Drafting and formatting legal documents, including briefs, motions, and correspondence.
• Managing schedules and appointments for lawyers, ensuring timely communication and organisation.
• Conducting legal research and gathering relevant information for cases.
• Maintaining and organising case files, both physical and electronic.
• Handling client inquiries with professionalism and a friendly demeanour.
• Supporting a busy fee earning team and billing and administration.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Legal Secretary.
• Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and legal research tools.
• A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
