HR Administrator

Location: Thorpe Park, Leeds (LS15)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm (40 hours per week)
Salary: 26,436.80 per annum

We are currently recruiting for a Temporary Ongoing HR Administrator to join a busy and supportive HR team based at Thorpe Park, Leeds (LS15).

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organised, detail-oriented, and enjoys providing administrative support in a fast-paced environment.

You will play a key role in supporting the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and on time. Responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the onboarding of new starters.

• Requesting, checking, and processing new starter documentation.

• Ensuring employee records are accurate and up to date.

• Carrying out general HR administration duties.

• Liaising with new employees to obtain any outstanding documentation.

• Providing administrative support to the wider HR team.

• Previous administration experience (HR administration experience is beneficial but not essential).

• Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.

• Confident communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines.

• A professional and confidential approach when handling sensitive information.

• Immediate starts available this week.

• Monday to Friday working hours - no weekends.
