Legal Administrator / Junior Paralegal

SWRP are recruiting on behalf of a well-established legal firm for a Legal Administrator / Junior Paralegal to join their Court of Protection team in Spalding.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator, legal administrator or legal secretary looking to develop a career within a specialist area of law. Full training will be provided, and previous paralegal experience is not required.

The Role

Supporting a busy Court of Protection team, you will assist with a range of administrative and legal tasks to help progress client matters efficiently.

Key responsibilities:

• Preparing legal documents and correspondence
• Managing client files and records
• Liaising with clients and third parties
• Drafting routine letters and communications
• Conducting research and obtaining information as required
• Assisting with applications, bundles and case administration
• Supporting fee earners with the day-to-day progression of matters

About You

• Previous administration experience is essential
• Legal administration or legal secretarial experience would be advantageous
• Strong organisation and communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Confident using Microsoft Office
• Professional, empathetic and client-focused approach
• Keen to develop a long-term career within the legal sector
