Job Title: Customer Service Administrator

Hours: Mon-Thurs 8:30am-5:00pm / Fri 8:00am-4:00pm

Pay: 12.75 per hour

Contract: Temporary, permanent contract available after 12 weeks.

Location: Deeside

Overview
We're recruiting a Temporary Customer Service Administrator on a temporary basis to support a busy customer service office. This is a front-line, day-to-day customer service role focused on answering incoming calls, responding to emails, and providing order updates/ETAs.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls and handle general queries, including chasing/providing ETAs on orders
• Respond to customer emails promptly and professionally
• Liaise with internal departments (e.g., warehouse/dispatch/sales) to obtain order updates
• Update customer/order information accurately on internal systems
• Process and send outgoing post and assist with dispatch administration (e.g., UPS/Royal Mail)
• Escalate complex queries/complaints to the Sales Office Manager as needed
• Follow company procedures and policies in all customer and admin activity

Essential Skills / Experience

• Previous customer service or office administration experience (phone and email)
• Confident telephone manner and clear written communication
• Good attention to detail and ability to keep records up to date
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office/Outlook and internal systems
• Reliable, organised, and able to manage a steady workload
