| Description: | Academic Operations Administrator Full time (35 hrs/wk), permanent Split place of work between Horizons (Reading, Berkshire) and Home, with up to three days a week at home Salary range £25,000 to £27,000 pa plus benefits We're looking for an Academic Operations Administrator to join our Academic Operations team and help ensure the smooth delivery of our academic programmes. You will play a vital role in ensuring programmes are delivered effectively and efficiently, supporting both academic staff and students. You will be responsible for coordinating lecturer resourcing across a range of programmes. You'll prepare and issue contracts, support onboarding activities, monitor compliance with mandatory training requirements, and help to ensure lecturers are assigned appropriately to meet operational needs.
