What You Will Be Doing

• Providing comprehensive administrative support across the business
• Managing diaries, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments
• Handling correspondence - emails, letters, and phone calls - in a professional and timely manner
• Maintaining accurate records, filing systems, and databases
• Preparing documents, reports, and presentations as required
• Supporting various departments with day-to-day administrative tasks
• Acting as a first point of contact for internal and external queries

What We Are Looking For

• Previous experience in an administrative or office support role
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• A positive, can-do attitude with a high level of attention to detail
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information
