Temporary Corporate Receptionist Needed - Glasgow City Centre

Office Angels Glasgow is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of our prestigious client for a Temporary Corporate Receptionist to join their busy and professional team for an 8-10-week assignment.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced receptionist with a strong customer-service focus to work within a respected professional environment. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you will play a key role in creating a professional and welcoming experience while providing essential administrative support to the wider team.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing a warm, professional welcome to all clients and visitors.
• Managing incoming calls and emails, responding to enquiries efficiently and professionally.
• Scheduling appointments and managing meeting room bookings.
• Supporting multiple departments with administrative tasks and client-related requests.
• Processing client payments over the phone and online.
• Maintaining a tidy, organised, and professional reception area.
• Carrying out general administration duties, including filing, scanning, photocopying, and data entry.
• Setting up meeting rooms and ensuring all equipment is fully operational.
• Delivering an exceptional client experience from initial contact through to completion.

Skills & Experience Required

• Previous experience within a busy corporate reception, front-of-house, or legal receptionist role.
• Excellent communication skills with a confident and professional telephone manner.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• A calm and professional approach when working under pressure.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general IT systems.
• A personable, polished, and client-focused approach.
• Previous experience within a legal environment and an understanding of legal terminology would be highly advantageous.
• A proactive team player who enjoys supporting colleagues and clients alike.
