If you're an organised, proactive Legal Secretary who thrives in a busy environment, this role puts you right at the heart of a fast-moving Commercial department. You'll work alongside experienced legal professionals, providing essential support that keeps the team running smoothly. What You'll Be Doing
  • Producing accurate audio and copy-typed documents
  • Managing emails, digital files, photocopying, scanning and general document organisation
  • Completing forms and preparing legal documents with guidance
  • Carrying out online searches and submitting applications to the Land Registry
  • Updating and maintaining matters within the case management system
  • Supporting compliance processes, including ID checks and verification
  • Preparing completion statements, invoices and transfer documentation
  • Handling client and professional enquiries - in person and over the phone
  • Assisting with reception duties when needed
  • Providing day-to-day administrative support across commercial conveyancing matters
