Description:

We're looking for an organised and proactive Sales Administrator to support our clients' busy Logistics team. You'll play a key role in processing customer orders, coordinating deliveries, maintaining accurate records, and providing administrative support to our third-party sales operation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process customer orders accurately and on time.
  • Prepare sales and delivery documentation.
  • Coordinate delivery slots and haulier bookings.
  • Update TMS/ERP systems and maintain accurate records.
  • Respond to customer and internal enquiries.
  • Monitor waste paperwork and complete daily administration.
  • Work closely with the Transport Planning team and external partners.

About You

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Previous administration experience in a fast-paced office.
  • Good Excel, Word and TMS/ERP system skills.
  • Knowledge of transport or logistics operations.
  • Excellent organisation and time management.
  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
  • The ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines.
