Description:	Administrator (Fixed-Term Contract) Salary: £26,000-£26,4000 Location: Staffordshire Contract: Fixed-Term (Maternity Cover to October 2027) Hours: Monday Friday Safer Hand Solutions are recruiting on behalf of a growing and successful organisation for an experienced Enforcement Team Administrator. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised administrator to join a busy operational team, providing support to field-based staff, coordinating workloads, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities Allocating and reviewing workloads Liaising with staff, clients, and internal departments Managing calls, emails, and case updates Supporting compliance and documentation checks Assisting with planning and reporting activities Maintaining spreadsheets and administrative records Supporting recruitment and onboarding processes About You Previous administration experience Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel Excellent communication and organisational skills High attention to detail Able to work independently and as part of a team Experience within enforcement, debt recovery, legal, or compliance environments would be advantageous Benefits 25 days holiday plus bank holidays Company pension Company sick pay scheme Free parking Health and wellbeing initiatives Regular social events Potential for the role to become permanent Interested?
