30,000 per annum, Mon-Fri 08:30am to 5pm, Permanent, BS11 Avonmouth, Bristol, Quartley Bonus of 250 per Quarter, Parking, Pension, Holiday plus more

A prestigious, highly reputable and growing construction industry supplier who are actively seeking a sales administrator to join their team. Working within a sales support team of 3, with the full support of a direct line manager this role will see you working within a client focused role where you will need to have an organised and proactive approach. Providing you with full, day one and on-going training, this is an opportunity not to be missed.

This opportunity as sales administrator will see you :

• Processing orders from sales representatives and managing the life cycle of an order
• Investigating invoice queries and delivering customer services excellence
• Liaising with clients on the delivery of products / ETA's
• Registering machinery
• Monitoring shared inbox ensuring queries and enquires and managed timely
• Maintaining communication with internal departments to ensure swift delivery with orders
• Maintain internal CRM, ERP and stock management systems

The sales administrator opportunity will have a need for the successful candidate to hold experience within sales administration or sales support ideally from within the construction, manufacturing or a supplier based industry. Good systems experience within the use of ERP and CRM packages would be beneficial.
